Very easy to understand instructions. Sewed beautifully

Love this pattern! Was nervous about sewing all those curves but it worked itself out and the top pairs so well with the daisy shorts!

I’m a confident beginner/intermediate sewer (my grandma taught me to use a sewing machine as soon as I could reach the pedal) but in my 30+ years I’ve never had the time/opportunity/desire to tackle anything remotely complex. This was my first try at a stuffed animal and I think she turned out great! My kids claimed the first one (they named her after the pattern so her name is Joy Carrots….Ms Carrots if you’re nasty ;) too much? lol) but I plan on making several more as gifts for my friends’ kids!

Really nice pattern and the outcome is really cute. I struggled with the sleeves and watched the Reel on Instagram quite a few times to figure it out. It was the first jacket I made and I love the outcome
