I’m a confident beginner/intermediate sewer (my grandma taught me to use a sewing machine as soon as I could reach the pedal) but in my 30+ years I’ve never had the time/opportunity/desire to tackle anything remotely complex. This was my first try at a stuffed animal and I think she turned out great! My kids claimed the first one (they named her after the pattern so her name is Joy Carrots….Ms Carrots if you’re nasty ;) too much? lol) but I plan on making several more as gifts for my friends’ kids!
